Can I export my Tournament or Confirmed Player list to Excel

Yes! Main Court provides tournament organizers with a seamless way to manage their events through the Export feature.

When you export tournament data using Main Court, you'll receive a detailed Excel file tailored for easy management:

1. Player, Team, and Division Overview (First Tab):
   • Players are grouped by their divisions and teams for clear organization.
   • Includes player names, gender, team numbers, and match titles.
   • Payment information for each player is displayed, allowing organizers to track who has completed payment.

   • Summary sections calculate total payouts and the total number of players.

     Alphabetical Check-In List (Second Tab):

   • A streamlined alphabetical list of all players for a quick check-in on the event day.

   • Organized for efficient tracking and smooth player registration at the event.

     Additional Highlights:

   • Divisions and teams automatically break out, helping organizers easily identify groups and manage matches.
   • Supports clear, structured oversight of player participation and payments.

To find the Export option, scroll to any division and Find the "Export" button next to "Confirmed Players."

Once you hit the export button, you will receive an email with the Excel sheet attached.
