How to Invite Players to a Tournament on Main Court

Inviting players to a designated division in your tournament on Main Court is simple. This feature enables tournament organizers to search for their friends that match the division requirements and send invites their way.

Step 1: To invite players to a specific division, begin by navigating to your tournament under the "Scheduled" tab.

Step 2: Select the division to which you want to send invitations for. Once you are in the division, select "View / Invite" to access the invitation management screen.

Step 3: On this screen, you will see a list of players who have already been invited. To add more players to your invitation list, press the green plus sign at the top right of your screen.

Step 4: This opens up options to select players from various sources. You can choose players from your friends list, group list, or the wider Main Court network.

Step 5: After making your selections, click "Invite." You will then receive a confirmation that your invitations have been successfully sent.

The Share button allows you to share your tournament information by text, email, or social media.

This feature allows organizers to effectively manage their divisions and maintain seamless communication with potential players, contributing to a successful and engaging event.

**Invite note: you can send invites to your friends, groups and up to 15 network players. You can reinvite friends and group members 7 days after the initial invite was sent. Main Court also promotes your events in the feed, and targets qualified players in a 50-mile radius of the tournament through auto-generated promotional posts. This happens when you first create the division and 7 days and 48 hours prior to the tournament start time.

This feature gives organizers a simple and effective way to target the right players for each division, manage invites with ease, and keep communication organized. By combining direct invites, group outreach, and Main Court’s built in promotion, you can consistently reach qualified players, stay top of mind, and fill your divisions more efficiently.
