How to Close Tournament Registration on Main Court

As a tournament organizer on Main Court, you have the ability to close registrations for your entire tournament or specific divisions within it. This feature allows you to manage player sign-ups more effectively while setting clear registration deadlines. By closing registration, you gain valuable time to focus on other aspects of tournament preparation without the stress of handling last-minute entries.

Close Registration for Tournament

To close registration for all divisions, navigate to your selected tournament and locate the "Close Registration" toggle above the list of divisions. Turn this toggle on to close registration for the entire tournament.

Close Registration for a Specific Division

If you prefer to close registration for a specific division only, select the desired division and switch the toggle on for that division.

Once registration is closed, users will see a clear "Registration Closed" status in the tournament or division details.
