How Organizers & Clubs Get the Most out of Main Court
This is a guide specifically for Main Court organizers! This guide it twofold; it teaches you the basics so using Main Court as an organizer and what we recommend to get the most out of Main Court.

The Basics: how and who you can invite (friends and groups), how groups work (invites & posts), post visibility, how Main Court can assist and why you should do these things.
Our Recommendations: add friends, create groups, be active, limit poster posts, provide value and partner with Main Court to get the most out of it.

The Basics
Who you can Invite for Matches and Events
You can invite your friends, group members and up to 15 network members to matches and events. This allows you to invite your friends and group members while still growing your network by inviting network players. With this model, it's important to grow your friends on the app.

Here is a guide on How to Add Friends on Main Court.
Here is a guide on How to Post to a Group on Main Court.
Tip: The second someone confirms to play in your match, you should add them as a friend and invite them to your group. Then you'll be able to see their future posts and they'll be able to post in a group.
Why You Need to Create & Build a Group
Clubs & Organizers should ABSOLUTELY create and build groups on Main Court because it allows you to build your network and community inside the app. Main Court is a very powerful tool to foster community, add to your network and fill your events, but it must be used actively and correctly.
If you're a club and don't have a company account on Main Court, here's how to create one.

There are 3 functions for groups: invites, social/posting & community.
Invites: If you own a group, you can invite that group to future matches and events. This makes inviting more impactful and quicker. As you can see above, Weston Quick is able to invite 873 members to future matches and events with one tap. This is great for organizers and clubs.

Social/Posting: The group owner and members can post social posts (text and/or photos, videos) to that group, so that way group members can see that post. These social posts should be group-specific or fun/beneficial posts for the group. Some examples for group posts include group photos from previous events, upcoming event promotion, group updates, general pickleball tips, group-specific tips, etc. Only group members will see these posts (not your friends).

Community: Groups are a great way to create community amongst fellow players. Both invites and social posts create a deeper sense of community. Pickleball players love community (at least I do). That's why pickleball has been so impactful to so many people. It's the community. It's also what keeps players coming back to matches and events that you run. So create your community through groups and reap the benefits!

Post Visibility & How to Increase it
Your posts are seen by your friends or group members. That's it! If you want your post to be seen by more people, there are 3 ways to go about this: add more friends in the app, collaborate with a friend/account or post to a group.
Here's a guide on How to Collaborate on a Post on Main Court.
*Tip - If you're an organizer looking to have more visibility, collaborate on the post with the club you're running your event at. Clubs in Main Court can post to a 50-mile radius around the club. That means there events are seen by everyone in their area. If you're looking for additional exposure to an event, collab on a post with the club!

How Main Court Can Help
If you're a club that is constantly using the app and is active, please reach out to tyler@maincourt.com. We would like to partner with you. If we partner, we can increase your visibility to more players in your local area. We ask that for every promotional post there are 2 beneficial/relevant posts to the entire community.
Our Recommendations
- Add More Friends in the app - It increases your network and available players to invite
- Create groups - increases your network, players to invite and fosters a unique sense of community. This is especially important for organizers and clubs.
- Collab on Posts - collaborating on posts gives you visibility to your friends and the collaborator's friends. If the collaborator is a club, then that post will go to your friends and to everyone that's within a 40-mile radius of the club!
- Be active - the best way to increase your network in the app is to be active. Engage in the social feed, post, comment, add friends, create groups. Everything you do in the app that is beneficial increases your authority on the platform.
- Limit Poster Posts - while poster posts are beneficial, posting them too often comes across as spammy to many players. So mix up poster posts with video promotion and generally beneficial/funny/informative pickleball posts.
- Provide Value - the more value you provide, the more you'll be trusted in the community, the more people will connect with you and sign up for your events.
- Partner with Main Court - want more reach? Partner with Main Court. Reach out to tyler@maincourt.com to understand more.
