Email Waitlists Across the System on Main Court

Organizers can email all players in Match or Event waitlists, enabling seamless communication for updates and more efficient management of open spots. This feature simplifies reaching out to waitlisted players and ensures they are informed promptly.

To email players on the waitlist, navigate to your event and select the "View Waitlist" option.

Within the waitlist section, click on "Email Players" to compose your message.

Write the email you wish to send, ensuring it provides clear and concise information about the update or available spot. Once your message is complete, send the email, and all waitlisted players will receive it immediately.

This feature empowers organizers to maintain better communication and manage waitlists more effectively, keeping all participants engaged and informed throughout the event process.
