How to Send an Email to an Organizer

For example, imagine a player who wants to partner with a specific player and needs to contact the tournament organizer. The player can use the "Email Organizer" option to inquire whether registration can be temporarily reopened for their partner. To email the organizer, go to the event or tournament, locate and select the "Email Organizer" button within the event details, and then send the email.

Compose your message, make sure all relevant information is included, and then send the completed email.

Once you send the email, you will receive a notification that it was successfully delivered to the organizer.
