How do I cancel a player spot in a match or event if I am the Organizer on Main Court

As the organizer of a match or event on Main Court, you have the ability to cancel a confirmed player’s spot if necessary. This process ensures that you can effectively manage the participant list and maintain control over your event. Follow these steps to remove a player from your match or event.


Step 1: First, navigate to the match or event where you need to remove a player. Access the match or event details and scroll down to view the list of confirmed players. At the bottom of this list, locate the "trash can" icon next to the name of the player you wish to remove.

Step 2: Select the trash can icon to initiate the removal process. You will then be prompted to confirm your decision to remove this player from the match or event. If you are certain you wish to proceed, confirm your choice, and the player will be immediately removed from the list of confirmed participants.


The player will receive an update in notifications and an email stating that the organizer has removed them from the match or event. This feature allows organizers to efficiently manage their events and ensure the participant list aligns with their event or match needs.
