Unfortunately, this won't be possible. The payment processor (Stripe) automatically processes the refund if a player cancels their registration.

Once the refund is initiated, the player must make a new payment for the desired division. To avoid this process in the future, players can request the organizer to move them to another division directly instead of canceling their registration.
