How To Handle Last-Minute Cancellations on Main Court

A last-minute cancellation can be frustrating, but Main Court is here to simplify the process and ensure your match stays on track.

Start by checking to see if a replacement might already be waiting. Go to the View Waitlist in your match to see if any players are ready to jump into the game.

You may have already invited some players who missed out because others responded quicker. For these players, simply tap Reinvite to send an email and a push notification, giving them another chance to join.

If you still need more players, reach out to new ones and make sure your match is set to Open for more visibility. Explore your Main Court friends, groups, and network, and send fresh invites. Both email and push notifications will be sent out immediately, ensuring quick responses. Players can accept or decline, keeping you updated in real-time.

Once an invited player confirms, Main Court will notify the organizer and all confirmed players that the match is filled. This ensures everyone stays informed and ready to play.

You can check your confirmed players anytime from the Scheduled Match screen or My Schedule in the top middle of the Home Page. Main Court makes managing last-minute cancellations simple and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your next match.
