Why Can't I Find a Match or Event I am Playing in on Main Court?

Finding events is crucial in Main Court. If you're unable to locate a match, lesson, or event you're participating in on Main Court, consider the following possibilities:

Incomplete Registration: To be accepted as a confirmed player, you must accept and pay for your spot in a match ( if there is a cost ). For example, you may have yet to successfully confirm your spot, or the organizer may not have accepted your request. Receiving an invitation to play requires further action on your part. You must accept the invitation in order to complete and confirm registration.

Check in "My Schedule" - If you believe that you have accepted an invitation or that you registered for an open match, it will show in your matches if the date and time have not passed.

If your event does not appear under "Scheduled" or "Past," check your records—such as email confirmations or payment receipts (if applicable)—to verify that you successfully signed up for the event in question.
