How to Create a Lesson/Clinic on Main Court
Main Court makes it easy for coaches to set up private lessons or group clinics, manage their schedules, and start getting booked—all in one place. Whether you’re coaching one-on-one or offering group sessions, you can customize every detail in just a few steps.
To create your Lessons or Clinics on Main Court, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Tap the plus (+) button in the bottom menu and select Lessons.
Step 2:
Choose your session type:
- Lesson for private, one-on-one sessions.
- Clinic for group sessions where multiple players can join individually.
Step 3:
Decide if you want to require players to sign a waiver before they book. Toggle the waiver on or off as needed.
Step 4:
Enter a clear and helpful title for your lesson or clinic. This is what players will see when browsing all available sessions.
Step 5:
Select your location. If your court isn’t listed, tap Add New Court to add it manually.
Step 6:
Add the date, time, and duration for your session.
- For a single session, leave the “Create Lessons Across Multiple Days” toggle off.
- To build a recurring schedule, turn the toggle on and select your date range and time windows.
Main Court will automatically generate time slots based on the duration and time window you select, saving you setup time.
Step 7:
Set the cost per student.
- Players will see this price when booking.
- Main Court adds a small transaction fee to the player, but you keep 100% of your set lesson price.
- Add any extra notes or booking details in the description field.
Step 8:
If you’ve reserved a specific court number, select Yes and enter the court details.
Use the notes section to share any additional instructions like “Bring water and sunscreen.”
Step 9:
After adding your details, tap Next to review and confirm.
If you’ve created a long schedule, Main Court will build your full calendar for you in one step.
Step 10:
Once published, you’ll get a confirmation email and your lessons or clinics will appear in your My Lessons section under your Coach Profile.
Use the filter to view either confirmed bookings or all scheduled sessions, even if they aren’t full yet.
Main Court simplifies payment tracking and data management for your lessons and clinics.
To manage payments and export lesson data on Main Court, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
In your Clinic Details page, tap the “$” button to view which players have paid. Players are only confirmed after completing payment. This feature is especially useful when more than 1 player joins.
Step 2:
Use the Export button to download a list of participants and payment records for your sessions.
Step 3:
Main Court automatically processes payments and refunds.
These tools help you stay organized and focused on coaching, while Main Court handles the administrative tasks.
