Why does my Event not show on Main Court?
Why Does My Event Not Show on Main Court?
If your event isn't appearing on Main Court, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Event Approval Pending: After creating an event, Main Court reviews and approves it to ensure quality and compliance. This process typically takes up to 4 business hours. If your event has yet to be approved, it won't be visible to others.
- Event Visibility Settings: Ensure your event is set to "Open" when you created your event. Only open events are visible to all Main Court users. If it's not set to open, only your friends or group members can see it, which may limit its visibility.
- Skill Level and Location Radius: Event listings are displayed to users who match the skill level of the event and live within a 25-mile radius of the event location. Ensure your event is set with appropriate skill level criteria to reach the right audience.
- Incomplete Event Details: Double-check that all required fields (name, type, location, date, time) are accurately filled out. Missing or incorrect information can prevent your event from being displayed.
- Event Type: Only tournaments and social events are listed in the event directory. Matches, lessons, and open plays are not displayed as events.
If you've addressed these factors and your event still isn't showing, please contact Main Court support via the Support section of the app or email info@maincourt.com for further assistance.
