How to Block a User in Main Court
Blocking a user in Main Court ensures they cannot interact with you in any way. Once blocked, the user cannot find you, chat with you, or invite you to matches or events.
Steps to Block a User:
Step 1: Start on the Home Page of the Main Court app. Tap the Search option at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Use the search bar to look for the player you wish to block. Once you find the player, click on their profile to open it.
Step 3: In the player’s profile, click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select Block User.
What Happens After You Block a User?
Blocking a user on Main Court ensures they can no longer find your profile or interact with you. In the same way, you won't be able to locate their profile within the network. Both you and the blocked user will lose the ability to send messages, match invitations, or event invitations to each other. This block remains in effect indefinitely unless you choose to unblock the user.
Unblocking a User - To unblock a user you will need to go to "My Account" and scroll down to "Settings". Once in settings, select "Blocked Users" and your blocked users will be listed for you to chose who to unblock. For further assistance please refer to help file "How to Unblock a User".
