Steps to Use the Support Menu
Step 1:
Access the Support Menu by selecting your profile icon to open the "My Account" page.
Step 2: Once on this page, scroll down until you see the "Support" option and click on it. This will take you to the Support section, where you can choose the service or category that best matches your needs.
Categories in the Support Menu
Become a Main Court Coach:
Use this category if you want to join Main Court as a coach.
Provide details about your experience, qualifications, and the sports or skills you specialize in.
Also useful for delays in the application or onboarding process.
Report a Fault:
Select this option to report technical issues or errors in the app.
Include a detailed description of the issue and any relevant screenshots to help the team resolve it quickly.
Report Another User:
For reporting inappropriate behavior or violations of Main Court’s community guidelines.
Describe the incident in detail and, if possible, include timestamps or supporting information.
Advertise with Main Court:
Choose this option to promote leagues, social events, or tournaments or adverstise your product or services with Main Court,
Could you share your advertising goals and materials?
Request a Skill Level Change:
If you believe your current skill level designation is inaccurate, request a review.
Provide details about your skills, experience, and why you believe a change is necessary.
Step 3:
Once you’ve selected the appropriate category, describe your issue or request in detail using the text box provided. Be thorough and include relevant information to help the support team address your concern.
Step 4:
Submit your message through the platform. Upon successful submission:
You will receive an acknowledgment.
Expect a response within 48 hours.
