How To Promote My Company on Main Court

If you are a company on Main Court, there are four primary ways to gain visibility. Main Court prioritizes community-driven content over direct advertising.

Companies gain visibility in the following ways:

  • Posting in groups

Visibility is limited to the audience of that group.

  • Collaborating with other users

Posts are displayed to the collaborating user’s friends and shared networks.

  • Running sponsored ads

Sponsored ads are distributed across the Main Court network based on placement.

  • Producing non-promotional, community content

Approved content may be shared across the Main Court network.

Companies do not have friends or followers on Main Court. Visibility is determined by where content is posted and how it is shared.

Non-promotional content includes fun, helpful, or educational posts that add value to the pickleball community.

1. Educational and Community Content

Companies that produce fun, helpful, or educational videos can apply to be approved to have their content shared automatically across the Main Court network.

Straight advertisements will not be approved for network-wide sharing.

To qualify, content must add value to the pickleball community. Examples include:

  • Tips or coaching insights
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Community features or player highlights
  • Educational or entertaining pickleball content

Companies that are approved may receive:

  • Automatic network sharing of selected posts
  • A featured company video and link added to their profile

Approval is based on consistent contribution of high-quality, community-focused content.

2. Posting in Groups and Collaborations

Companies may promote their business by posting in groups under the following rules.

The Main Court Marketplace group is reserved for companies offering products or services specifically for pickleball players.

Businesses outside the pickleball industry, such as general real estate or unrelated service companies, are not permitted to post promotional content in these groups.

Players join the Main Court Marketplace group to discover company posts and support brands that are active in the pickleball community.

Companies can post promotional content in the public Main Court Marketplace group.

Companies that work with Main Court group owners of public groups may share content only using the group owner’s code.

Links may be added to posts only if the company is actively contributing to the Main Court social feed (see Posting Guidelines below).

Website links in comments are not allowed.

Players cannot post their own product links unless they are:

  • Approved by Main Court as a creator, or
  • The owner of a public group

Any promotional activity outside of these rules may be removed.

3. Posting Guidelines (Same as Organizers)

To maintain feed quality and prevent spam, promotional posting is capped. Community contribution is not.

Companies may publish up to 1 promotional posts per week into the Main Court Marketplace group with links if they are actively contributing to the Main Court feed.

For each promotional post, companies must either:

  • Publish 2 community-led, non-flyer post, or
  • Leave 20 thoughtful, meaningful comments in public groups

If a company is unable to meet these contribution requirements, they may run a sponsored ad with Main Court instead.

There is no limit on high-quality community content that adds value.

In short:

  • Promotional Marketplace posts are capped
  • Valuable community content is not
  • Sponsored ads are available for guaranteed exposure

4. Sponsored Advertising

Companies that want guaranteed exposure across the network can run sponsored ads.

For sponsored placements and advertising options, companies should contact Main Court directly for setup and details.

Working With Main Court

Main Court is designed as a community-first platform. Companies that invest time, creativity, and resources into the Main Court network gain the greatest long-term benefits.

The goal is to build partnerships with companies that actively support and grow the pickleball community. Businesses that contribute meaningful content, collaborate with users, and participate in the ecosystem unlock greater visibility and opportunities to work more closely with Main Court.

Companies looking for faster or guaranteed reach can also invest in sponsored placements and deeper partnerships within the network.

Ultimately, the more a company invests in the Main Court community, the more value it receives in return.
