Where Can I Track Payments and Refunds for an Event I'm Hosting?
As an organizer, understanding your event’s financial details is crucial. Whether you need to see how much you’ll receive for an event or confirm the status of a participant’s refund, Main Court makes it simple to access this information.
Accessing Payment and Refund Information
1. Navigate to Your Event: Open the event from your "My Scheduled" list.
2. Locate the Payment Details: On the event details page, find the "$" next to the confirmed player list. Click on it to access all payment-related details.
What You’ll Find
Once you click the "$", you’ll see the each individual payment and refund, and the total payments, refunds, and net amount which you'll be sent after the event takes place.

If you encounter any discrepancies or issues with payments or refunds, contact Main Court support directly through the Help Center in the app.
