How to Reinvite Players to a Tournament Division in Main Court

Managing player invitations effectively is crucial for filling spots in your tournament. Main Court makes it easy to reinvite players or send invites to new participants.

If seven days have passed since a player was last invited, you can use the "View/Invite" section under "Tournament Details" to send another invitation. Players already marked as "Confirmed" or "Declined" cannot be reinvited. This feature streamlines the invitation process and helps you keep your tournament roster up to date.

Step 1: Select View/Invite button

Step 2: To reinvite players you can "Select All Players" or custom select players. Once you have done either, you will see the "Reinvite" button at the bottom for you resend out the invite.

Step 3: To invite new players, use the "View Invited" section and press the "+" button in the upper right corner to add new players.

This streamlined process ensures you can effortlessly manage invitations, keep your tournament roster full, and avoid any confusion.
