As an organizer, you can manage waitlisted players seamlessly when spots become available in your match or event. If a spot opens, a waitlisted player can fill it; however, if a cost is associated with joining the match or event, you will receive a notification that the waitlisted player has a pending payment.

Waitlisted players are not required to make any payments while they remain on the waitlist. Payment requests are only initiated once a waitlisted player is accepted into the event or becomes a confirmed participant. This ensures that players only pay when their participation in the event or tournament is guaranteed.
